For purposes of this request, Non-Show Day Talent refers to talent who have no involvement in the 11th Annual Avidity Gospel Music Awards show itself but are requesting consideration to walk the official red carpet.
Submitting this form is a REQUEST and does not guarantee approval.
Eligible applicants may include:
- Nominees whose award category or categories are being presented at The Awards Prelude Reception
- Previous-year Avidity Gospel Music Awards performers
- Previous-year Avidity Gospel Music Awards hosts
- Previous-year Avidity Gospel Music Awards presenters
- Previous-year Avidity Gospel Music Awards nominees
- Previous-year Avidity Gospel Music Awards Special Honorees/Recipients
- Other recording artists
Applicants may request participation in the photo carpet, interview carpet, or both.
A publicist or representative is strongly recommended for talent requesting interview participation. Media outlets independently determine whom they interview, photograph, feature, or otherwise cover. Approval for red carpet participation does not guarantee interviews, photography placement, media coverage, or other publicity opportunities.

Non-Show Day Red Carpet Timing
Please plan your arrival accordingly. Red carpet entry will not be permitted after 2:15 PM.
Guest & Representative Policy
Each approved individual artist or group may have:
- ONE guest who may walk the red carpet with the talent
- ONE publicist or representative who may escort the talent down the carpet
For groups, the one-guest allowance applies to the entire group, not to each individual member.
All approved talent, guests, and representatives must present valid photo identification at on-site check-in.
